Forecast Roundup for April 2nd snowfall

It might be Easter, but Mother Nature is not ready to move on to Spring just yet. Cold air and above average precipitation will plague the area for at least the next week, with several shots of snow possible over the coming days. Our first shot is tonight into tomorrow morning, as a quick moving system will drop a few inches of snow in the dark. Once the April sun rises, the accumulation will quickly melt away, but the morning commute could still be messy so school delays are possible. Below are the accumulation forecasts through tomorrow morning from the outlets we track. (We don’t have a map from KDKA yet, but will update this post if they have one on the 11:00 news).
