As a blizzard bears down on eastern Pennsylvania and New England, western Pennsylvania will see several inches overnight and through the day on Wednesday. While the models have been wildly inconsistent, most forecasters have held a pretty steady forecast since Sunday. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory, warning of the potential for 3-6″ of the white stuff.
